Simply add a desired amount to warm (not hot) running water and stir until dissolved. Soak in the tub for 20 to 30 minutes to allow the salts and oils to work their magic.
If you don't have a bathtub, don't worry. You can still enjoy the benefits of our bath soaks by adding them to a foot bath or a basin of warm water to soak your feet.
We recommend removing the petals before draining water by using a kitchen strainer, or by using the Glamesha mess free kit.
